Thanks.. Very Helpful.
Very good…
assume and very good
luved the beam effect!
but why didnt you use preComps..?
I did in the original (the preview file), and it’s just annoying having to pickwhip/write expressions between comps. I thought I should do it all in one just for simplicities sake. It’ll be easier to understand for some.
He thanks….Ben…..it’s really good…
Sweet tutorial! Great way to wake up in the morning
good one. This tut is also great after you’ve had a nice poop
Haha. When wouldn’t it be great?
Still has the Day 1 icon.
Will be watching this in a minute.
Very nice
Very nice inspiring stuff this… Went through the first part and was really looking forward to the second.
The download link isn’t working. Is anyone else experiencing this?
it’s working now…
great tut!
where is billy the worlds most infamous AETUTS critic
lol, i been wondering the same thing. It’d be great if he was drafted in by the greyscale gorilla as there’s currently a series of “Hardcore Motion Reel Critiques” being released. Billy should get involved as thats his particular special niche in the AFX world….
obviously, this is to be taken light hearted Billy. No beef
very better………………………………………………………………………………..
from chandrika
oh billyyy??? where arrrree uuuu?
Show must go on… waiting for the third part
Nice one Ben and very fast also, dealing with so many layers..Looking forward to the 3rd pt.
and by the way where are the sound F/x’s?
The sound effects are up to you to create with your mouth
Can you elaborate a bit more on why you had to link the end of the beam to sliders instead of linking them directly to the position of the null? I mean I saw how they got moved to upper corner, but why that happened?
Best,
If you link them directly to the null, it didn’t seem to stick to the middle of the crosshair. When I was making the preview video, that’s how I did it, but things when wild when I made the tutorial
