      Hi,

thanks a lot for watching. Using Plexus is a great idea but i did it with Cinema 4D just to have a “real” 3D Object: http://vimeo.com/29189612

    Hey guys,

Little time viewer, first time comment-er.

I noticed that within many of AE Tuts+ tutorials, which are seriously good, expressions are used quickly but powerfully. As in this one, an expression was used towards the beginning to have one object follow another object’s position, but with a set time delay. This expression, although simple, saves (potentially) hours of fine tuning and further unnecessary work that one may have had to do if they went unknowing.

Is there a place online that you guys have used to learn these expressions, and/or are there places you recommend to find and learn about these and more expressions?

    Thanks.

Hi! Thanks a lot for watching the Tutorial. The Expression shown in the tutorial was introduced to my by a tutorial on greyscalegorilla.com (the only expression tutorial there :)) Another good guy to learn from is felt tips from videohive. here’s his tutorial channel: http://vimeo.com/channels/222304

Hello, thanks a lot for this tutorial. Very powerful! I am an newbie here in AETUTS+ and on AFX, so my question might be stupid, but…

To develop the “floating rings” I am having troubles finding the TRIM PATHS and REPEATER on the shape layer.
I have created a ELIPSE TOOL, and under contents parameter the only thing that I see is Ellipse 1. I cant find TRIM PATHS or REPEATER.

Could you please, let me know how I can find this?
    Thank you very much.
