Final Product What You'll Be Creating

In this tutorial we will create a 3D basketball court scene simply using 2D elements and Trapcode Particular. In this first part we will place the elements on the scene and will do the camera animation. Tomorrow we’ll cover using Particular with the basketball and other scene adjustments.

**The Particular section of the tutorial will most likely be a bit render heavy, so be patient.

    The after effects project files were created in CS5.5 just so people know before attempting to download and use them. Just skip the after effects project file and re-create in your version.

    Horrible tutorial! voice is annoying and even after following the instructions, the fucking thing doesn’t work. Typed in every number exactly used the EXACT same pictures with the same dimensions and the scale was off. FUCK! This is annoying. Tried 4 times and couldn’t get past the first 30 minutes without encountering problems…..
