Final Product What You'll Be Creating

In this video tutorial, Michael Park will demonstrate how to recreate an ESPNNews style logo treatment using Adobe After Effects and Trapcode Particular. With the exception of the logo, all elements are created natively inside After Effects using various built in tools and effects, with the exception of the particles, which are created using Trapcode Particular. Along the way some cool features of Particular will leveraged as well as some handy techniques to create great looking effects using built-in features of After Effects.

Once you’ve joined, log-in to the Premium Dashboard with your username and password to immediately access your Premium Content. Navigate to AE Premium via ‘Premium Categories’ in the sidebar. You’ll be able to grab the tutorial videos, project files and assets in the members’ area.

    Ofcourse this is more than for beginners. Just look at this guys and compare it with most stuff for beginners.
    I really like the outcome. The only thing is missing is DoF in particular scene.

      You could add DofF, if that is the look you were after. I think it could look cool at the beginning to do a rack focus dof move before pulling out. Good suggestion.

    I want my custom text rather than that aetut+ text included in project file.. But I think to add my custom text I have to tweak those illustrator files.. Can you please prefer me any tut in which that type of pathed text is explained.. any tut as I am a premium member..

      Robin,

      Simply hide the AETuts text and insert your own text. Then, just adjust the flare positions and the glow as needed to be at the end of your text.
