    hmm… premium…
i know its worth it, but this has increased my hunger and decreased my patience….
but i have no choice than to wait…..

Jeez, the premium bashing should stop!

premium is not expensive! and there’s no reason not to subscribe if you take this stuff seriously!

Compared to the “legit” software you are using you should have the change to spare to learn how to use it and pay the people who are giving their time to show you how to use it!

Otherwise just do what they did… learn the hard way! Waiting is not in the equation! Doing is!

Hi Jeremy.. you r right… but i come from Nepal, a country where u have problems for online money, paying , getting paid and all that… i am not being able to link credit cards to PayPal, and so on… those accounts i made sitting in my country, i don’t know why doesn’t work… not complaining that its expensive, not at all… if digital tutorials is seen, they do not provide single full episode or a thing and 35$ or so… just have no option than to write these comments and wait for all processes to be completed by my relative overseas.. you sound kinda rude but that’s all right because u cannot have these problems, where u have money, u get the right place to learn all these hot and cool stuffs, u r energetic to learn and progress, ready to sit up late nights and only because of being born in a country completely occupied with politics, u cannot do what you desire of…
But thanks to Tuts+ that they have all the other tutorials that too teach so much that ur kind of satisfied and pretty occupied, but seeing these tutorials, just sometimes … ya ok i will not complain, they say where there is a will, there’s a way… building those ways ..
      Cheers

Stefan Surmabojov, usually makes great Tutorials and I like this Tutorial because it is very detailed instruction.

Sometimes on AETUTS+ the premium tuts don’t even come close to the free ones in quality. I harp on them because I would like to see better instruction for the money. I agree the site is worth it to help keep it funded and maybe paying the premium fee I can justify as a donation for the free tuts as well. Just drives me nuts how some premium tuts get categorized as premium that don’t deserve the title.

On the other hand I know keeping people in the business coming here also increases this companies chance to make a buck off its freelance/auction side of things and gives credibility to the site for vendors of software to advertise on and they make revenue that way.

If artists found another place on the web that does this service better it could devastate this business if it losses viewership. As that is most important.

At anytime Google or Facebook, could pop up and compete against this company and it would be a short fight. They would probably use their Bizillions of cash to hire professional instructors or find a better way to get instructors paid for services rendered without having to charge the viewers.

If a site could find a way to get paid good instructors and still not charge the students they would have something. This site does but in marketing their is always room for improvement.

Perhaps if the site advertised the instructors in some way to help them get noticed in their industry a bit more, maybe a way to keep competitive in the market.

Maybe in the way of a new idea to market the instructors on facebook and linkedin via an app/portal or other marketing strategy could increase viewership and gain the appeal of qualified instructors.

Have a battle royale for the instructor of the year to show their stuff off that would be showcased in advertisements for Tuts+ out in the public’s eye, which I mean off this sites servers and into the mainstream media.

Don’t do premium, but this is a great result and would consider it. Stefan seems to be the only consistent tut maker that I’m interested in. Good job!
