Final Product What You'll Be Creating

Today we’ll look at the sequence title style from the movie “Resident Evil: Retribution”. In the first part we’ll do the modeling and the animation of the logo. From there we’ll head over to After Effects with Element 3d where we’ll make the earth planet animation with fire textures.

At the end of this tutorial, you can learn how to draw and animate your own title with Cinema 4d and After Effects. The actual example of the Resident Evil: Retribution movie title is just for training purposes, and is not to be used in a final personal project without permission from the original creators.

    Yeah this is getting a bit repetitive :(

    I challenge you to make it WITHOUT Cinema 4D and Element 3D – and perhaps an older After Effects.
    THEN there would perhaps be some interest in these tutorials.

    new tricks dude! There is no point in putting out a tutorial if it is the same damn thing every time. The whole point of a tut is to learn.

    Guys, why do you have to leave horrible comments. It may be similat to previous tutorials, but he’s picked a movie title sequence and created a project to match it. He’s even been kind enough to show you the final product that will be made. So if you don’t like it, why watch? I don’t understand why people are so bitter. No one is forcing you to watch. To be honest, I’m greatful he makes tutorials, because for intermediate or beginners it’s very very insightful.

    Can you make a tut on how to create the inner parts of letters in ai ? the vectotuts tuts are all wack and you use different techniques anyway. i think that most of your project are un-doable for a lot of people bcoz we dont know how to make the chiseled bevel
