Today for the series “Hollywood Movie Title V4″. We are going to be looking step by step at how to do the incredible movie title animation for G.I. Joe: Retaliation. We will make this 3d logo using Element 3d inside After Effects. We will show you how you can get this amazing incandescent effect with an interesting overlapping method implementing some unusual fractal noise application. Finally we’ll add a particle playground for the dust effect.

At the end of this tutorial you can learn how to draw and animate your own title with Element 3D inside After Effects. The actual example of the GI Joe movie title is just for training purposes and is not to be used in a final personal project without permission from the original creators.

    It Is a shame , and i don’t understand why they keep making it like this .

    Some of these are quite interesting – but horrible to watch .

    Isn’t it a lot easier to just record your voice than making that robot voice ? i don’t care how bad your English sucks – just that we can understand what you say . A lot of great tut creators don’t speak that good english but it doesn’t hold them back or make them less popular as long they make great stuff .

    Comon and listen to your comments man !

    Will you please just make a tutorial talking as best as you can, I don’t care how bad your english is or if you have a terrible accent or something, it’s sure as hell better listening to Microsoft Sam, even getting someone else to narrate what you say would be great , cause honestly you’re loading a script into the robot voice so you can write english. Thanks, they’d be the best tutorials if you could do this , I sware , and i realize english isn’t the only language in the world, but that’s what you’re catering to on here….

    To be honest, I am a little bit disappointed in the quality of many tutorials BUT its free so what can I say. Having said that, here is one I did a while ago and not to boast or anything but I like mine better, perhaps/maybe I will do a tuts for free if I get enough interest ( not trying to promote myself :P )
