Anyway, you just select star tool, click it on the screen (Comp) drag it and don't leave the click button and press left, right and up,down arrows key in the keyboard. Because now it is taking it dependancies from the original layer or comp. Now I'm working on a project where a pre-comp is used in final comp and when I move camera around it, it's edges cuts off and if I collapse transformation it doesn't react with the camera. still trying to find the solution and may be come with comprehensive details and explanation very soon.
