KeyTweak is a AE script to easily modify keyframes of masks, trackpoints and any other properties. It is completely free. Usage is explained in the linked video tutorial.

Mhh… for trackpoints it is like parenting the layer to a null object.
But it is great for keyframes of masks because in AE you cant track masks at all.

Except if you use the scripts Tracker2Mask and/or TrackerViz to track masks.
